Diagnosis
Scape with base narrow and apex strongly dilated; frontal suture situated low down on head, close to toruli; frons at level of toruli drawn out to a pointed tip close to eyes; scutellum smooth and shiny with very weak engraved reticulation; gaster with first tergite smooth and shiny.
